On Demand Video Capabilities Offer Comprehensive User Experience

Instead of being presented with an audio only auto attendant -- “Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Service, etc." -- users with a video endpoint dial into Alteva’s network and are presented with a video stream rather than an audio stream. This stream could be a recording of a person reciting those “Press 1” options or it could be much more robust with graphical cues to help customers make a decision that will eventually route them to the appropriately skilled live agent.
