When you call Alteva’s Support phone line, you will not just speak with a call attendant, you will speak with an engineer who is technically trained in all aspects of your implementation and service. Further, you will have a designated Client Satisfaction Specialist specifically assigned to your account for any adds, moves, changes, and support requests. This support partnership helps to eliminate the inefficient and frustrating experiences you have found in the endless support loops of other carriers.
