VoIP Phone Training

You want to be comfortable with your phone system and you also want to understand all the amazing new features you will now have at your fingertips. That’s why Alteva will assign to you a Corporate Trainer and an Account Manager who will serve as your advocates. Alteva’s phone training generally takes place the day the phones are installed. Depending on the number of employees in attendance, training typically lasts approximately 20-30 minutes and covers all phone features (i.e. call transfer, place call on hold, call forward, conference calling, etc).

Depending on the size of your company, multiple training classes can be arranged the same day for all employees. If needed, the trainer will spend more time with employees that use the phone most frequently such as receptionists.

Admin Web Portal Training

The administrator(s) for the web portal will be trained on how to make basic moves/add/changes. This can be done the same day as the phone training, or via webex training another day.
